Limited Lifetime Product Warranty
Global
Component Solutions warrants that memory products purchased from Global
Component Solutions be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use. This warranty is in effect beginning from the date of
purchase and must be verified with your sales receipt or invoice
displaying the date of product purchase. This warranty extends only to
the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone who
subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser.
Global Component Solutions will, at no additional charge, repair or
replace defective memory products with new parts or, at the request of
the customer, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new in
performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this
warranty will become the property of Global Component Solutions.
This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from Global
Component Solutions, nor to any product that has been damaged or
rendered defective:
- As a result of accident, misuse, or abuse
- By the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Global Component Solutions
- By modification of the product
- As a result of service by anyone other than Global Component Solutions.
In no event, will Global
Component Solutions be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages or
any other incidental or consequential damages arising from purchase,
use or inability to use this product, even if Global Component
Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
